You receive:

• a time-stamped report

• a secure portal to access your report

• a clearly displayed expiration date

Step 3: Share with any landlord or broker

You may share your report with any participating landlord or broker at no cost to you or them.

Step 4: Landlords review and decide

Landlords and brokers review the report and apply their own lawful screening standards.
